This page explains what we collect through southconc.com, why, who helps us handle it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
Estimate and contact form: your name, phone, email, property address, the service you picked and your message.
Instant roof estimate: the address you enter and the roof measurements we look up for it, plus your contact details.
Chats with Rufio: Rufio is an AI assistant, not a person. Everything you type is sent to Google's AI service to write Rufio's reply. If you turn on Rufio's voice, the replies are also sent there to be read aloud. We only save a chat if you give Rufio your email address in it. Then we save the conversation with your request so we can follow up.
Basic technical data: our website host records standard request details (IP address, browser and time) to keep the site secure and stop spam.
Why we use it
To call, text or email you back about your project and give you an estimate.
To schedule and do the work, send estimates, contracts and invoices, and keep a record for your warranty.
To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their marketing.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your request or your job, including a request for a review once the work is done. We send texts only about your project, never marketing lists. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.
Who helps us handle it
Built By PELT LLC built and runs this website and our office software for us, and keeps a copy of website inquiries to make sure none are lost.
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores our records.
Google provides the AI that writes Rufio's replies and its voice, and looks up roof measurements for instant estimates.
Anthropic provides the AI behind our office assistant, which our team uses to manage jobs and follow-ups.
Resend sends our emails. Twilio sends our text messages.
They use your information only to provide these services to us.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't turn into a job: deleted after 24 months.
Customers we do work for: kept for the length of your warranty plus 3 years for tax and business records.
Website security logs are kept by our host for a short time and then removed automatically.
